Dubai, United Arab Emirates, 6th May 2018: Dubai Land Department (DLD) has announced that the Real Estate Investment Management and Promotion Center, the department's investment arm, has organised a new real estate roadshow and a number of workshops in Cairo. Her Excellency Majida Ali Rashid, Assistant Director General and Head of the Real Estate Investment Management and Promotion Center, commented: "We were pleased to represent and promote Dubai's real estate sector in Cairo. The event provided a realistic and bright image of Dubai, highlighting the welcoming environment that the emirate provides for investors from all over the world. During the real estate roadshow and workshops, we were keen to demonstrate the various forms of support that investors can seek to help them improve their understanding of Dubai's real estate market."

The roadshow attracted a number of leading real estate developers including Dubai Investments Real Estate Company, Dar Al-Arkan and Falcon City, offering them an ideal platform for sharing their flagship properties with a new audience. The roadshow attracted a high number of Egyptian investors and particularly individuals interested in investing in Dubai, in addition to investment companies, businessmen, senior managers, and real estate professionals.

The initiative is part of DLD's strategy to promote Dubai real estate investment globally and provide clear and reliable information for investors looking to invest in the emirate, reflecting the department's commitment to working in accordance with the highest standards of transparency.

During the roadshow, DLD delegates delivered a number of presentations.
