Request for Registration of Property sale in an Auction


This service allows customers to register a request to sell a property in a public auction by owners or partners, or pursuant to a letter from the concerned authorities (Dubai Government, Awqaf and Minors’ affairs foundation, and heirs)
The service is provided by the Department of Real Estate Registration Services – Dubai Smart Property Marketplace Follow-up Section

Required Documents
  1. Orginal Title Deed
  2. Original Dubai Municipality Map with names of the heirs
  3. Data of a property constructed on a land
  4. Real Estate appraisal Certificate
  5. Tenancy Contract or undertaking to vacate the property 
  6. Owners signature on authorising sales at the auction
  7.  Orginal ID and a copy of it
  8. Letter from official Entity
  9. Orginal Updated Power of Attorney (not less than 6 months)
Service Procedures

The customer shall attend in person Dubail Land Depatment, the Department of Real Estate Registration Services- Dubai Smart Property Marketplace Follow-up Section to apply for the service

Service Fee
  • Advertising fees to the seller AED 12,000
  • AED 10 Knowledge Fees
  • AED 10 Innovation fees

(In the case of establishment of auction)

  • 2% Sale registration from Seller
  • 2% Sale registration from Purchaser
  • AED 10,000 fees for Electronic Auction from Seller 
  • AED 10 Knowledge Fees
  •  AED 10 Innovation fees
