Request for Registration of Sale Auction Delegation


This service allows customers to register an authorisation request for a sale in an auction under the authorisation to sell properties by owners or partners, or pursuant to a letter from the concerned authorities (Dubai Government, Awqaf and Minors’ affairs foundation, and heirs)

The service is provided by the Department of Real Estate Registration Services – Dubai Smart Property Marketplace Follow-up Section

Required Documents
  1. Attendance of the owners, or their attorneys, to sign the consent to sell the property via public auction 
  2. In case of attendance of the attorney, a dully attested Power of Attorney must be submitted  
  3. Original Title Deed              
  4. Original Dubai Municipality Map
  5. Letter from Entity (Awqaf and Minors’ affairs foundation, Dubai Courts, Ruler's court,...)
  6. Real Estate Appraisal Certificate                 
  7. Undertaking to vacate the property             
  8. Tenancy Contracts of property (if available)
  9. Property Data
Service Procedures
The customer shall attend in person Dubai Land Depatment, the Department of Real Estate Registration Services- Dubai Smart Property Marketplace Follow-up Section and submit all the required documents and signing the sales form, undertaking, and authorisation form to sell in an auction
