Inquiry about a Real Estate Unit Registered in the Initial Registration System


This service allows customers to apply to verify the registration of a unit in the name of the owner where the project is under construction / completed; or a verification request to check if the registration fees are paid to the concerned unit

This service is provided by the Real Estate Registration Services Department – Real Estate Registration Assurance Services.

Service Procedures

The customer shall attend in person or represented by virtue of an official certificate authenticated by the Notary Public and authorised to inquire on the owner’s properties. He shall show the sale contract with a copy of the owner’s passport or ID and the power of attorney in case of representation, or through an e-mail from the owner or principal accompanied with all requirements through

The response shall be verbal in case of attendance in person or by e-mail whether the property is registered in DLD's systems or not.
