The department has simultaneously developed in many of its procedures with the continuing growth of the city, for example by computerizing the real estate and mortgage registration process. However, the main concern of the department has and is always going to be its customers who are currently made up of UAE nationals and major GCC investors.   Personal Assistance that is provided by the Customer Care Section
  
  The customer care section in the Government of Dubai land department has always provided its clients with many unique services earning it the customer care prize, from the Dubai Government excellence awards, for two consecutive years. Recently this unique section has launched its latest scheme towards better serving its clients, especially those new to the department, by providing them with their own PERSONAL ASSISTANT.
  
  The initiative which comes under the slogan “AT YOUR SERVICE PERSONALLY” provides new clients with a personal helper to guide them through the various procedures and even completely handling the task of finishing their transactions for them. To request this free of charge service just contact your personal assistant Mr. Mohammad Sultan Al Muala or just come over to the department and meet him personally.
