Service Description:

This procedure sells property by a letter of guarantee from concerned parties (Dubai Government, courts, Minors Foundation, Adult Heirs) or between partners.

Documents Required:

  • Original Title deed.
  • Letter from auctioning party.
  • Original Municipality map (naming heirs).
  • Auction display form (naming heirs).
  • Property evaluation certificate.
  • Lease contracts.

Transaction Fees:

  • 1% of property value (maximum AED30000) from the heirs + AED10 for knowledge fees.
  • 1% on the buyer + AED10 for knowledge fees.
  • AED 10 for knowledge fees
