The Government of Dubai land department specializes in registering land donations for unmovable capital when complete or partial parts of the land are yielded by one or more people to others. To apply for registering a land donation a person needs to fill in the related application form and both the granted person and the grantee should be present if the land under discussion was freely owned, but if it was considered under restricted ownership a confirmation from the court is needed, with already existing restrictions on the land kept valid.
