  When more then one owner shares a number of lands or properties and then decides to separate their capital, the process is then known as Division of capital between partners. The Government of Dubai land department performs the necessary procedures according to a pre-confirmed contract between the partners handing each one their named share after the initial land or property appraisal has been completed.

 Documents Required:

  • Ownership certificates of all the concerned lands / properties.
  • A copy of the passport of all those concerned in the matter.
  • A copy of the nationality card of all those concerned in the matter
  • A division contract between the partners documented in the Dubai land department or was enforced by a court order.

 Transaction Location:

  • Application receiving desk at the customer relations department.

 Transaction Fees:

  • 0.25% from the capital’s value + 10 Dhs (knowledge fees).
  • 100 Dhs every time a site map is issued+ 10 Dhs (knowledge fees).
