Service Description:

This procedure is available for land owners under an application either by the owner, his/her representative, or as a complimentary procedure at the Dubai Land Department.

Documents Required:

• Map of the Dubai Land Department.
• Copy of commercial license for companies.
• Copies of passports and national IDs.

Transaction Fees:

• AED 100 + AED 10 in return for knowledge dirham.
