Service Description:
Registering land or property purchase provided all requisites ordered by the Land Department and Dubai government are fulfilled.
Documents Required:
- Buyer:
- For citizens: passport copy with national ID #.
- For expatriates: Passport copy with residency page.
- Endorsed check from the bank with the fees.
- Seller:
- Original title deed.
- For citizens: passport copy with national ID #.
- For expatriates: passport copy with residency page.
- Original power of attorney endorsed from Dubai court or the Foreign Ministry if concerning representation of a specific land plot.
- Copy of the general power of attorney endorsed from the Dubai court or the Foreign Ministry.
- Letter of consent from the developer (in freehold areas).
Transaction Fees:
Total fees charged as follows:
- 1% of the value of the purchase charged upon the buyer if purchase is conducted below market rates The percentage is calculated based on the evaluation of its market price + AED10 for knowledge fees.
- 1% of sale value charged upon the seller + AED10 for knowledge fees.
- AED175 Title Deed issuance fee + AED10 for knowledge fees.
- AED100 map issuance fee + AED10 for knowledge fees.
