Service Description:

This procedure is conducted based on a request from the owner of the land or property. Title is issued following the publishing of a newspaper advertisement upon the completion of the legal period allowed for objections.

Documents Required:

• Filling out a placement form or personally signing one by the owner himself or his legal representative.
• Copy of passport & registration documents.
• Copy of the legal notification in the event of death of the owner.
• Power of attorney to representatives of the heirs or the owner.

• AED 1000 lost Title deed announcement and issuance + AED 10 (Knowledge Dirham)
• AED 100 (map issuance fee) + AED 10 (Knowledge Dirham)
