Transferring a lease to own contract (Ijarh):

•  Map + passport copy.
• (Ijarh) letter.  

Terminating a lease to own contract (Ijarh):

•  Map + passport copy.
• (Ijarh) letter.  

 Transaction Location:

•  Application counter at the customer relations department.

 Transaction Duration:

•  20 minutes.

 Transaction Fees:

Registering Leasehold:

•  1% from the contract value.
•  350 Dhs for title deed & site map.

Leasing to own (Ijarh):

•  1.75% from the value of the lease + 250 for title deed.
•  100 for map + 1% the value of the property.

Extending a lease to own contract(Ijarh):

•  1000 Dhs.

Transfering a lease to own contract(Ijarh):

•  0.25%.

Terminating a lease to own contract(Ijarh):

•  1000 Dhs.
