Service Description:

This procedure registers afflicted land plots & guarantees delivery of compensations by the planning projects through the Dubai Municipality.

Documents Required:

• Official letter from the Municipality (explaining type of compensation).
• Municipality map for compensated land.
• Map for original land.
• Original Title Deed for original land.
• Copy of compensation check.
• Statement confirming compensation receipt.

Transaction Fees:

Total fees: AED370, covering:

• AED175 Title Deed issuance fee + AED10 (Knowledge Dirham)
• AED100 map issuance fee + AED10 (Knowledge Dirham)
