Service Description:
This procedure sells rights to a Musataha contract for some of the period from the original Musataha period stated in the contract provided the original Musataha contract allows it.
Documents Required:
- Musataha Title Deed.
- Musataha sale contract between both parties.
Transaction Fees:
- 1% of total sum charged on the seller.
- 1% of total sum charged on the buyer.
- AED 175 Title Deed issuance fee + AED10 for knowledge fees.
- AED 100 Map issuance fee + AED10 for knowledge fees.
