Service Description:

This service aims to prove land ownership to a long-term claimer (no less than 25 years) or agricultural land void of objection from any party.

Documents Required:

• Copies of passport & national ID.
• Legal notification in case of heirs.
• Two witnesses.
• Land surveying with intent of ownership application.

Transaction Fees:

• AED 5000 fee for Title Deed proof by the land affairs committee in the dept. endorsed by the Ruler of Dubai + AED 10 (Knowledge Dirham)
• AED 175 Title Deed issuance fee + AED10 (Knowledge Dirham)
• Plus AED 100 map issuance fee + AED 10 (Knowledge Dirham)
