Service Description:

Heir registration following the ownership transfer from the deceased by power of a legal notification.

Documents Required:

• Legal notification.
• Copies of heirs’ passports & National ID’s #
• Original Title Deed for bequeathed property or land.

Total fee:

• AED 1000 per property from the heirs + AED 10 (Knowledge Dirham)
• AED 175 fee for issuing Title Deed per property + AED 10 (Knowledge Dirham)
• AED 100 map issuance fee per property + AED 10

Amending Title Deed Information

Service Description:

Issuing an amended Title Deed for the owner of the land or property.

Documents Required:

• Copy of passport & National ID or letter from the owner if not present in person.
• In the event of amending land surface area: A letter from the Municipality of the change attached to a copy of the latest land map provided by the Municipality demonstrating the amended areas.
• In the event of amending names in the Title Deed: A copy of passport & National ID.
• 4. In the event of transferring Titles from an owner to another: A copy of the letter or document changing the names issued from Dubai courts.

Total fee: AED 370 divided as follows:

• AED 175 (Title issuance fee) + AED 10 (Knowledge Dirham)
• AED 100 (map issuance fee) + AED 10 (Knowledge Dirham)
