Service Description:
- Registering a land development lease contract (Musataha)
Investment contracts between land owners & persons or parties undertaking land development investments.
- Terminating a land development lease contract (Musataha)
This procedure terminates a Musataha Contract.
- Extending a land development lease contract (Musataha)
This procedure extends a Musataha Contract by agreement between both parties.
Documents Required:
- Registering a land development lease contract (Musataha):
- Registration letter from both parties.
- Musataha contract endorsed from the attorney or legal counselor.
- Title Deed.
- Terminating a land development lease contract (Musataha):
- Title Deed.
- Musataha right certificate.
- Musataha termination form.
- Extending a land development lease contract (Musataha):
- Musataha letter addressed to the Land Department.
- Musataha amendment contract.
Transaction Fees:
- Registering Musataha Fees
Total fees charged as follows:
- 1% of value of Musataha contract endorsed in the contract from the Musataha holder.
- AED10 for knowledge fees.
- Terminating Musataha Fees
- AED1000 upon contract expiry of by consent between both parties.
- AED10 for knowledge fees.
- Extending Musataha Fees
- AED1000 based on agreement between both parties, provided Musataha value and parties involved are the same.
- AED10 for knowledge fees.
