Service Description:

This procedure registers mortgage on a group of land plots owned to a single party or person in order to guarantee land rights (either first or second degree mortgage).

Documents Required:

• Original Title Deeds for units.
• Original letter from the mortgage holder stating the total sum.

Transaction Fees:

Total fees charged as follows:

• 0.25% of total mortgage sum
• AED 10 for knowledge fees.
