Service Description:

Donating rights for property leased for a maximum period of 99 years.

Documents Required:

• Certificate of consent by the developer on the donation.
• Donor:



• Court testament or donation to be registered only at the Land Department without referring to the courts.
• Presenting donation form.
• Title Deed.
• Copy of passport & national IDs.
• Copy of lease contracts (for evaluation & estimating fee payment)



• Beneficiary or legal representative:



• Copy of passport & national ID.



• In the event of registration for foundation (land or property):



• Copy of commercial license.
• Copy of founding contract.

Transaction Fees:

Total fees charged as follows:

• 0.125% of the evaluation value + AED10 for knowledge fees.
• AED 175 Title Deed issuance fee + AED10 for knowledge fees.
• AED 100 Map issuance fee + AED10 for knowledge fees.
