Service Description:

Donated property is registered following a full or partial concession of land to another person or group of persons for no return, provided the property is not under restrictions.

Documents Required:

• Donor:



• Court testament or donation to be registered only at the Land Department without referring to the courts.
• Donation application.
• Title Deed.
• Copy of passport & national IDs.
• Lease contract copies (for evaluation & estimating fee payment)



• Beneficiary or legal representative:



• Copy of passport & national ID.



• In the event of registration for foundation (land or property):



• Copy of commercial license.
• Copy of founding contract.

Transaction Fees:

Total fees charged as follows:

• 0.125% of donated money value (minimum AED2000) provided the donation is between relatives, otherwise it will be regarded as a sale and subject to selling procedures and fees + AED10 for knowledge fees.
• AED 175 Title Deed issuance fee in the name of the beneficiary + AED10 for knowledge fees.
• AED100 Map issuance fee + AED10 for knowledge fees.
