Service Description:

This procedure registers all transactions at free zones.

Documents Required:

• Buyer:



• For citizens: Copy of passport & national ID#.
• For expatriates: Copy of passport with residency page.
• Endorsed check from the bank with fees amount.



• Seller:



• Original Title Deed.
• For citizens: Copy of passport & national ID#.
• For expatriates: Copy of passport with residency page.
• Original power of attorney endorsed from the Dubai court or the Foreign Ministry if concerning specific land plot.
• Copy of the general power of attorney endorsed from the Dubai court or the Foreign Ministry.
• Letter of consent from the developer.

Transaction Fees:

• Sum charged upon the buyer as follows:



• 1% of the purchase value. In the event purchase is conducted below market price, the percentage is calculated by the evaluation committee+ AED10 for knowledge fees.
• AED175 Title Deed issuance fee in name of the buyer + AED10 for knowledge fees.
• AED100 Map issuance fee + AED10 for knowledge fees.



• From the seller:



• 1% of the sale value.
• AED10 for knowledge fees.
