Service Description:

Issuing Title Deed for the land gifted to individuals or entities by the HH Ruler of Dubai or his deputies. The certificate is issued based on the gifted land site map issued by the Dubai Municipality.

Documents Required:

• Land map issued by the Dubai Municipality.
• Copies of the passport & National ID.
• Legal notification in case of the death of the owner.
• Commercial license & Articles of incorporation (Just for corporations & agencies).

Transaction Fees:

Total fee: AED 620 divided as follows:

• AED 500 (Title deed issuance fee) + AED 10 (Knowledge Dirham)
• AED 100 (map issuance fee) + AED 10 (Knowledge Dirham).
