Service Description:

This service aims to divide land plots between partners wishing to divide jointly-owned land into independent plots or properties (can be conducted by consent or through the courts).

Documents Required:

• Agreement endorsed by the court or the director general in the land dept.
• Title Deeds for land or property subject to division.
• Passport & national ID’s copies for partners named in the agreement.

Transaction Fees:

• 1% of the value of the property is charged from the partners. Fees are calculated based on the evaluation of the property and on which it was divided
• Plus AED175 per Title Deed+ AED10 (Knowledge Dirham)
• Issued + AED10 (Knowledge Dirham)
• AED100 per each map issued + AED10 (Knowledge Dirham)
