Service Description:
Selling rights of use to leased property for a maximum period of 99 years.
Documents Required:
- Developer’s certificate of approval to conduct the sale.
- Seller:
- Original Title Deed.
- For citizens: Copy of passport or national ID#.
- For expatriates: Copy of passport with residency page.
- Original power of attorney endorsed from the Dubai court or the Foreign Ministry if concerning representation of a specific land plot.
- Copy of the general power of attorney endorsed from the Dubai court or the Foreign Ministry.
- Buyer:
- For citizens: Copy of passport or national ID#.
- For expatriates: Copy of passport with residency page.
- Endorsed check from the bank with fees’ sum.
Transaction Fees:
Total fees charged as follows:
- 1% of the value of the purchase charged upon the buyer and 1% of the same value charged on the seller. if purchase is conducted below market rates The percentage is calculated based on the evaluation of its actual market price + AED10 for knowledge fees.
