Service Description:

This procedure registers compensated land plots in the names of the new owners in return for their afflicted property.

Documents Required:

• Official letter from the Municipality or from the compensations committee.
• Municipality’s map for the compensated land.
• Title Deed documents for original land.

Transaction Fees:

Total fees: AED370, covering:

• AED175 Title Deed issuance fee + AED10 (Knowledge Dirham)
• AED100 map issuance fee + AED10 (Knowledge Dirham)
