Service Description:

Registration of land or property in favor of the descendants, relatives or family of the endower. Beneficiaries are determined via the endowment document.

Documents Required:

• Application presented from the endower.
• Testament of the family endowment.
• Passport & national ID’s documents for beneficiaries of family endowments.
• Original Title Deed.

Transaction Fees:

• AED 2000 per land plot registered as a family endowment + (Knowledge Dirham).
• AED 175 (Title Deed issuance fee) + (Knowledge Dirham).
• AED 100 map issuance fee + AED10 (Knowledge Dirham).
