Service Description:

Al takharij is a service offered to family members who share a number of inherited lands/properties and want to divide them according to their legal shares in them.

Documents Required:

• Legal notification explaining the distribution of stakes or letter from the court.
• Copies of passports & national ID’s of the heirs.
• Original copy of Title Deed of bequeathed property or land.

Transaction Fees:

• A fee equivalent to 1% of the al takharij stakes is charged from the heirs + AED10 (Knowledge Dirham).
• AED 175 per each Title Deed issued + AED 10 (Knowledge Dirham).
• AED 100 per each map issued + AED 10 (Knowledge Dirham).
