A total of 7 sale transactions were registered with the Department by the end of the day, the most valuable of which was a plot in UM AL SHEIF that was sold for Dhs13 million. The next two most prominent sales saw a second plot in PALM JUMEIRAH acquired for the sum of Dhs8.8 million and another in EMIRATES HILLS SECOND for Dhs3.663888 million
The EMIRATES HILLS SECOND area was the most active in terms of the day's sales, with some 2 transactions. EMIRATES HILLS THIRD followed it with 1 sales.
During the period, UM AL SHEIF recorded the highest turnover by value, at Dhs13 million, followed by the PALM JUMEIRAH area, Dhs8.8 million, and EMIRATES HILLS SECOND area, Dhs6.96 million.
The biggest area sold was the 15000 sq ft in the UM AL SHEIF area, which went for Dhs13 million. A 8091.87 sq ft plot in the JUMAIRAH VILLAGE SECOND Area was acquired for Dhs1.61 million, while 8049 sq ft of RANCHES was disposed of for Dhs2.43 million.
