Law has exempted Dubai government, charitable associations, and endowment immovable
property properties owned by Dubai Municipality or any other local authority for
any public purpose. The transactions of registration of immovable properties, donated
by the Government, or purchased within the Private Housing Programme are exempted
from the fees. Also, the pledge registration in favor of the Housing Financing Programme
and the Development Council are exempted from the fees.
