Rental Dispute Center Is a system governed by dubai land department to make registration and follow up of rental disputes easy and accessible to owners and tenants of various categories. RDC provides full portfolio of disputes cases beyond registration online, mediation cases, rental cases, appeal cases, special request, enforcement requests, payment online.
Dubai Brokers is a smart applications launched for the real estate agents and investors by providing accurate and real time information about Dubai Brokers and Real Estate Agents Offices that are licensed and approved by Dubai Land Department. The application classifies the brokers by their performances, efficiency, and citizenships (UAE Nationals vs. expats) as these information include the real estate offices and registered brokers also the validity of the licensing for these real estate offices and registered brokers as the system is integrated with the DED licensing data base.
Registration Trustees (RT) Application is a smart application available on smart devices (Android & IOS) provided by Dubai Land Department (DLD). RT application help the public users to view all of the RT Offices on Dubai Map and give the user the ability to view the office details by tapping the pin on the map. Also the RT user guide is available through the application, this guide will help the user to read all of the procedure and services details provided by the RT office.
As part of its contribution to the Dubai 10X initiative, Dubai Land Department (DLD) has announced the introduction of the Real Estate Self Transaction "REST", a platform for conducting real estate trading and transactions with multiple parties anywhere and anytime. The new platform enables the complete digital management of real estate transactions, eliminating paper documents and reducing brokerage procedures.
Taqyimee is a smart platform from DLD to connect owners and third-party valuators. Owners/owner representatives can view and select DLD approved third-party valuators from Taqyimee mobile application and request for valuation of their properties.
Third-party valuators will accept, reject and assign valuation requests and coordinate with requestors to conduct valuation process offline. Once valuation activities completed, then valuators have an option to submit the summary of valuation and issue certificate of the valuation.
