Request for Grant Registration

Description
This service allows customers to apply to register granted property (Total/Partial) of all kinds (request for grant registration/usufruct grant/initial grant sale (statement of testimoney)) by assigning a property to an individual or a group of individuals (first-degree relatives “mother, father, spouse, or children”) or companies, given that the property must not be restricted or granted.
Required Documents
  • Original Title Deed
  • Appraisal Certificate
  • No Objection Certificate, where the granted property is located in a freehold area
  • Proof of relationship:
    • Marriage Contract (Translated into Arabic and attested by the UAE embassy in the relevant country and by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the UAE)
    • Certificates of Birth of children (Translated into Arabic and attested by the UAE embassy in the relevant country and by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the UAE)
  • Copy of Nationality Certificate for UAE Nationals, and Copy of Passport for non-UAE Nationals
  • For UAE Nationals, a declaration of grant from Dubai Courts as follows:
    • A request for approval will be submitted to the Director General;
    • The request will be referred to Dubai Courts; and
    • Dubai Courts will issue the Declaration of Grant.
  • For companies, an NOC for the granted property from Dubai Land Department is required
Service Procedures

The customer can apply for the service through one of the service channels.

The request shall be reviewed and then returned where the title deed, balances and plan will be printed and handed over to the customer.

Service Fee

Fees will be charged as follows:

  • 0.125% of the property's value, provided that the fee shall not be less than AED 2,000
  • AED 250 as Title Deed issuance fees
  • Map Issuance Fees - Land AED 100; villa and apartment AED 250     
    o AED 30 Knowledge Fees (AED 10 added to each fee)
    o AED 30 Innovation Fees (AED 10 added to each fee)

For initial sale: 0.125% of the granted property's value, provided that the fee shall not be less than AED 2,000 + AED 10 Knowledge Fee + AED 10 Innovation Fee

Registration Trustee Fees:

  • AED 4,000 if the property price equals or exceeds
  • AED 2 million
  • AED 2,000 if the property price is less than AED 2 million
