We offer our customers the option to request a Valuation directly from the DLD or to go through a private company registered in Dubai. All practicing companies and Valuers will eventually be regulated by Taqyeem and we will then stop offering Valuation services to individuals and limit our work to sister governmental bodies (in effect to act as an internal valuer) as to resolve the inherent conflict between Valuations and Regulating.

To request a Taqyeem Valuation you will need to apply in person at the DLD using the attached Application Form (VR1) – (DOWNLOAD FORM HERE). We can only accept requests from the owners of the property or with their written consent.

Our Valuations are done in accordance with the Emirates Book Valuation Standards (EBVS) (DOWNLOAD BOOK HERE) which is written by Taqyeem. Should you be unhappy about the Valuation service provided, you can appeal in writing within 5 working days stating the reasons and supporting it with any relevant documents.

We are planning to publish a list of licensed companies and registered Valuers soon. In the meantime, please feel free to contact us for any questions regarding Valuations from the private sector.
