RERA remind ALL Registered Broker offices and all Brokers and Agents, they are required to record all transactions in their Special Transaction Register as per By-Law No. (85) of 2006, Chapter 3, Brokers Obligations, Article 15.

To assist Broker Offices, Brokers, and Agents a brief guide is available to download in PDF format below.

Dubai property consumers can also view the information and shall become more aware of the required procedures.

The following file formats in excel 2003 and 2007 are available to freely download. Please ensure the format is not changed in any way.

Registered Broker offices can email to licensing@rera.gov.ae and a RERA officer shall provide you feedback. A copy of your Broker ID card should be attached.

All Special Transaction Registers must be maintained daily. RERA suggest you refer to your training manual for Phase 1 training for further reference.
