THE OWNER’S ASSOCIATION REGISTER
The Owner’s Association shall be legally formed when the ’first’ single unit is
registered in the Owner’s Association register with the Real Estate Regulatory
Agency(RERA).Their membership of the Owner’s Association shall cease when they
dispose of their interst in the unit of building.
All unit Owner’s in the jointly owned building/project,shall automatically
become members of the Owners Association.Their share in the common property is
proportional to the space of their unit corresponding to the overall space of
the common areas of the building.
The Owner’s Association as an ’entity’ in it's own right,can be sued or be
sued.It can employ staff or contractors,it shall operate as abusiness in it's
own right with the sole purpose of administration,maintaing and operation the
building and the common areas for the benefit of the Owner’s
