AGM (Annual General Meeting)
Members of the Owners Association are advised to attend an Annual General
Meeting of the Owners Association to contribute, hear about the past year’s
progress and achievements, and participate in decisions about the future.
Planning for the future is mandatory for success in business. Likewise, the
Owner’s Association needs to prepare for the future preservation and,
presentation of their building, improvements and effective functioning of their
building. This is done by co-operative planning to ensure cost efficient
administration and planning budget for the future.
The Annual General Meeting also is the time when the members of the Owner’s
Association nominate and vote in an Executive Management Committee,the insurance
for the building and voting on matters in consideration of the good of all and
the building.
