Registering Developers:

Description:

A Developer is to register with the department in the real estate developer’s record which encompasses only the licensed bodies for this profession in Dubai.

Necessary Documents:

  • Membership certificate from the Dubai chamber of commerce
  • Ongoing trade License
  • Details of the Projects(new and future ones) according to the accredited projects’ detail model in the department
  • Architectural designs and plans for accredited projects from specialized bodies and the main developer
  • Sales contract between the main and sub developers
  • Title deed of the Project’s Land
