meeting the attendees, consolidating DLD’s preparations for the 31st
edition of MIPIM, and said: “Together, we will continue our journey of success, which was widely echoed by

previous edition, which attracted a large number of visitors, VIPs, decision-makers,
and investment and sovereign fund managers who represent
financial assets worth over AED 10 trillion.”
Rashid added: “This event, which has progressed over the past 30
years, is an exceptional platform that brings together real estate minds to
share their practices and experiences, review the developments in the real
estate market, and identify best practices to shape the future of real estate.
We would like to affirm that our promotional agenda this year is full of events
and activities that highlight the elements of the real estate environment in
Dubai, and contribute to the success of all real estate events in Dubai’s real
estate market that has become more mature and sophisticated as well as a hub
for investors around the world, contributing to enhancing its global
competitiveness.”
