Arab Real Estate & Urban Development Conference

On 16 - 17 March 2011 had organized and sponsored the 3rd Arab Real Estate & Urban Development Conference under the title of "Arab Real Estate Environment Post Global Economic Downturn”, in partnership with Dubai Real Estate Regulatory Agency( RERA) and Arab Administration Development Organization (ARADO) with great contribution from Dubai International Financial Center (DIFC).

The Third Arab Real Estate and Urban Development Conference had examined in detail the most current issues of investment, finance, and valuation, and the role they play in the development and sustainability of the Arab real estate industry. The conference had shaded light on the national economies that experienced unprecedented turbulence in many parts of the globe, including the Arab world.

On 19th of October, 2009 and Under the rubric of "Global economic crisis and its effect on the real estate sector in the Arab world”, the Second Arab Conference for Real Estate and Urban Development was held by ARADO in collaboration with the Department of Land and Real Estate in Emirates and technical cooperation with the Foundation for Real Estate Appraisal - United States of America, hosted by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The Conference will be held in the period (19 - 21 October) 2009 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
