A newborn society to the region was founded in Dubai in 2009, The Middle East North Africa Real Estate Society (MENARES) is a pioneering organization in the MENA region. MENARES brings together real estate professionals, industry leaders, academics, investors and public sector officials in an aim to foster discussion, to enhance research, to expand cooperation, to put forth action plans and to improve education and professionalism in the real estate sector and its allied fields. The Society is committed to the positive growth and improvement of the MENA region’s real estate sector and is working to ensure it shines as a global leader of excellence.
MENARES launched its 1st Annual Conference on October 3-4, 2010 in Dubai. The theme of the conference was “Surviving the Storm, Emerging Stronger”. The conference brought together real estate leaders, stakeholders and academics from across the MENA region and beyond to discuss the industry’s most pressing topics and developments specifically related to the MENA region.
The Middle East North Africa Real Estate Society in its continuous efforts to facilitate communication and knowledge exchange between the region’s real estate stakeholders and global real estate experts will hold its
2nd annual conference on November 23rd and 24th 2011 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, carrying a message of ““Towards a Mature, transparent and Global Real Estate Market”
