APREA is non-profit industry association that represents and promotes the r eal estate s ector in the Asia Pacific region. APREA has branches in Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, Singapor e, Australia, India and Philippines. 


Association of Real Estate License Law Officials (ARELLO)

ARELLO comprised of the official governmental agencies and other organizations around the world that issue real estate licenses or registrations in addition to regulation. Dubai Real Estate Institute (DREI) cooperates with ARELLO in education, training and accreditation. 


International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI) 

FIABCI is a non-political entity whose objective is to help its members add an international dimension to their businesses. FIABCI helps members acquire knowledge, develop networks and optimize business opportunities all over the world. FIABCI is represented by chapters in 48 countries. DREI collaborates with FIABCI University in training programs and faculty. 


Middle East North Africa Real Estate Society (MENARES

MENARES is a pioneering organization in the MENA region; it brings together real estate professionals, industry leaders, academics, investors and public sector officials in an aim to foster discussion, to enhance research, to expand cooperation, to put forth action plans and to improve education and professionalism in the real estate sector. 


Real Estate Educators Association (REEA) 

The Real Estate Educators Association is a society of real estate education stakeholders (instructors, trainers, regulators, schools, authors, etc.) REEA seeks to give its members the latest tools and techniques for effective adult education to meet and exceed the high standards demanded in real estate’s rapidly changing legal and professional environment.

Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) 

RICS is the world's leading professional body for qualifications and standards in land, property and construction. DREI cooperates with RICS to graduate accredited property valuers.

The Urban Land Institute (ULI) 

The ULI is a nonprofit research and education organization supported by its members. The Institute was founded in 1936 and has members worldwide, representing the entire spectrum of land use and real estate development disciplines.

WAVO logo

World Association of Valuation Organizations (WAVO) 

WAVO is a body which brings together professional property valuation organizations that represent valuers and related property consultants employed in private practice, business and industry, the public sector, and education, as well as some specialized groups that interface frequently with the valuation.

Middle East Facility Management Association (MEFMA) 

MEFMA is a dedicated platform for facility management professionals, wider construction industry stakeholders and owner associations. Education, knowledge sharing, thought leadership, legislative governance and face-to-face networking events are all significant components of strategic FM to be promoted, supported and implemented by MEFMA and its members. MEFMA acts on behalf of the FM community, for the community.

Global FM is a worldwide alliance of member-centered facility management organizations, providing leadership in the advancement of the FM profession. It promotes the strategic value and progress of the facilities management profession by leveraging the Global FM member associations’ strengths, knowledge and experience.

Community Associations Institute (CAI) 

CAI is a leading institute dedicated to building better communities. It provides information, education and resources to all community association stakeholders (owner associations), including community managers and homeowner leaders.

The International Corporate Governance Network (ICGN) 

ICGN aims at raising standards of corporate governance worldwide and brings together around 600 leaders in corporate governance in 50 countries.

AIPP logo

Association of International Property Professionals (AIPP) 

AIPP is a not-for-profit organization aimed at improving standards of professionalism in the international property market. It raises awareness amongst its members about professional Code of Conduct.
