Strategic plan aims to achieve a complete circle of the goals of local and international real estate, most notably access to "Dubai Land" to become a reference in the first global real estate management and real estate registration, real estate and providing a global level to ensure the rights of all parties.

Praise be to Allah who made this country a land of abundant goods and decent living, and blessed it with faithful rulers and leaders who work relentlessly for the best of their people.
It was the wisdom and foresightedness of its leaders and its hardworking and dedicated people that allowed Dubai to reach this advanced level of development and progress that far exceeds the progress of other countries.
This superiority was a normal result of strenuous efforts, tireless hard work, holistic planning and continuous improvement under a wise and conscious leadership that devoted itself to providing all the chances for the advancement of the emirate by establishing of professional and specialized departments and institutions that work as one team in order to achieve its goal.
