The department has simultaneously developed in many of its procedures with the continuing growth of the city, for example by computerizing the real estate and mortgage registration process. However, the main concern of the department has and is always going to be its customers who are currently made up of UAE nationals and major GCC investors. The main services that are offered by the Land Department are explained in breifly in this section.
